Reflection Guide -Becoming
30 prompts for noticing who you are becoming.
*Pre-sale item. Guides are currently in production and are expected to ship October 2026.
You are already in the process of becoming. Most days, you just do not have time to notice it.
The Ritual Guide: Becoming is a 30-prompt companion designed to slow you down long enough to see what is already happening beneath the pace of your days. Not who you are performing. Not who you are trying to be. Who you actually are, right now, in the middle of everything.
This is the first guide in The Ritual series. Each guide introduces a theme, a season, a direction, a specific layer of honest reflection. The prompts do not tell you what to think. They create the conditions for you to notice what is already there.
Each prompt offers a starting point for reflection without telling you what your answer should be. Use the prompts on their own or alongside The Ritual Journal to explore your experiences, notice patterns, and make meaning from what you are living and learning.
The first guide, Becoming, invites you to reflect on who you are, where you are, and what is taking shape in your life.
Pre-Order Details
The Ritual Guide is currently in production. Your card is charged at checkout, and orders are expected to ship in October 2026 — we'll send tracking as soon as your guide is on its way.
The Ritual was born on Kickstarter, where it was selected as a "Project We Love" and funded at over 150% of its $1,500 goal (as of September 3, 2026). See the original campaign: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/theritual/the-ritual-1
Pre-Order Cancellations & Delays
Because pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase, you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. Just email hello@siennaandslate.com with your order number.
If a pre-order's ship date moves significantly beyond the window stated on the product page, we'll email you with an update. If you'd rather not wait, you're welcome to cancel for a full refund at that point as well.
Once your order ships, our standard 30-day return policy applies.

A Look into the Reflection Guide: Becoming
Built for real life
Reflection that fits into the life you already have, not the life you'd need to clear space for.
Built for intention
A pause built into your day, not a retreat from it
Built for Depth
A practice you return to, not a habit you keep up with.
Frequently Asked Questions
But I like routine. Will this work for me if I don't want to just wing it?
Absolutely. The Reflection Guide gives you 30 prompts to work through, the Return Index gives you a system for revisiting entries, and the Connection Prompts give you a specific way to work with what you've written. There's structure here. What we left out is the pressure to keep it up daily or catch up on missed days. You can move through the guide one prompt at a time, in any order, and still have a consistent practice, it just doesn't come with a streak to break.
How is the Reflection Guide different from The Ritual Journal?
The Ritual Journal is your space for writing, thinking, and returning to your reflections. The Reflection Guide gives you a starting point. It provides prompts designed to help you explore specific themes and questions more deeply. You can use them together or separately.
Do I need The Ritual Journal to use the Guide?
No. The Guide can be used on its own with any notebook or journal. We designed it to pair naturally with The Ritual Journal, but you can use the prompts wherever you prefer to write and reflect.
Do I have to complete all 30 prompts?
Not at all. There is no required order, schedule, or timeline. Start with the prompt that speaks to you and return to the others when you are ready.
What if I don't know how to answer a prompt?
You don't need to have an immediate answer. The prompts are designed to create space for exploration, not produce a particular response. Write what comes to mind, sit with the question, or return to it later.
Is Becoming the only Reflection Guide?
Becoming is the first guide in The Ritual series. Future guides will introduce different themes, seasons, directions, and layers of reflection.
Can I use the Guide more than once?
Absolutely. Your answers can change as your experiences change. A prompt that means one thing to you today may open up something entirely different when you return to it later.
