Built for intention

Create space to pause, reflect, and make decisions from a place of greater awareness.

Built for Depth

Stay connected to yourself through busy seasons without turning reflection into another task to complete.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the Reflection Guide different from The Ritual Journal?

The Ritual Journal is your space for writing, thinking, and returning to your reflections. The Reflection Guide gives you a starting point. It provides prompts designed to help you explore specific themes and questions more deeply. You can use them together or separately.

Do I need The Ritual Journal to use the Guide?

No. The Guide can be used on its own with any notebook or journal. We designed it to pair naturally with The Ritual Journal, but you can use the prompts wherever you prefer to write and reflect.

Do I have to complete all 30 prompts?

Not at all. There is no required order, schedule, or timeline. Start with the prompt that speaks to you and return to the others when you are ready.

What if I don't know how to answer a prompt?

You don't need to have an immediate answer. The prompts are designed to create space for exploration, not produce a particular response. Write what comes to mind, sit with the question, or return to it later.

Is Becoming the only Reflection Guide?

Becoming is the first guide in The Ritual series. Future guides will introduce different themes, seasons, directions, and layers of reflection.

Can I use the Guide more than once?

Absolutely. Your answers can change as your experiences change. A prompt that means one thing to you today may open up something entirely different when you return to it later.
